Case for Raspberry Pi Zero W used during testing
We are going to be using a Pi 3 or 4 for the main build, but all existing Pi’s are being used in other projects right now. For this reason I’m going to use one of the Pi Zeros I have going spare to do some testing on the various components being used in the build.
I have the case that came with the Pi Zero but wanted something that didn’t block the Micro HDMI quite so much. Looking at thingiverse I found this one piece, hinged snap shut case that came with a number of variants designed by vinjegaad.
I opted for the version called (case_v65_camera_gpio_sd.stl) that had gaps for the SD card, camera cable and GPIO.
It was nice to find one that didn’t need extra nuts, bolts and other parts.
This printed first time in around 1h30 to 1h10 depending on print speed (I did a second one later in Gold for Toby’s Pi
